| Bulk Vertical Lifting Clamps

>> What is vertical lifting clamp?

A vertical lifting clamp is a device that is used to lift and move heavy objects. It consists of a frame that surrounds the object to be lifted, and a series of pulleys and cables that are attached to the frame. The object to be lifted is placed on the frame, and the lifting process is initiated by pulling on the cables.

There are 2 types of vertical plate clamps in our manufacturer: CD, and CDH. They all apply for vertical hoisting and transportation of a steel plate and are made of high-quality low-carbon steel alloy. Coated with red plastic paint. Standard: JB/T 7333-2003.

>> How to bulk JF Brand vertical plate clamps?

You can bulk our JF Brand vertical plate clamps in our rigging manufacturer:

  • Model 1: CD
  • Model 2: CDH

Clamps can be used as single or in pairs, working load limit(W.L.L) is issued based on a singular clamp. They can only hoist one steel plate at a time, multi-plate hoisting is forbidden. Maximum proof load is twice that of W.L.L, however overloading should be strictly prohibited.

Vertical lifting clamps are an essential piece of equipment for any workshop or factory that regularly handles vertical loads. They are designed to securely grip and lift heavy plates, sheets, and other materials, making them ideal for moving and stacking purposes. There are a few things you should consider before buying them, such as the load capacity, the type of material to be lifted, and the clamping mechanism:

  • Load capacity is the most important factor to consider when choosing vertical lifting clamps. The clamp must be strong enough to lift the heaviest plate or sheet that you will be working with. If in doubt, choose a clamp with a higher load capacity than you think you will need. It is better to err on the side of caution than to risk damaging your material or equipment.
  • The type of material you will be lifting will also affect your choice of vertical lifting clamp. If you regularly lift delicate or fragile materials, you will need a gentler clamping mechanism to avoid damage. Some of them have softer jaws that are padded to protect delicate surfaces. Others have a ratchet-type mechanism that allows you to adjust the amount of pressure applied by the clamp.
  • Finally, think about the clamping mechanism itself. They are available with different types of jaws, such as those that grip the edges of plates or those that grip from the top and bottom. Some clamps also have special features, such as an automatic release valve that prevents over-tightening. Choose the clamp that best suits your needs and material.
